Abstract
L'étude détermine les taux de prévalence et la cooccurrence des mauvais traitements (violence sexuelle, physique et psychologique) vécus pendant l'enfance ainsi que l'apport spécifique de chaque forme de violence vécue dans le développement de séquelles à long terme. Pour ce faire, une enquête téléphonique spécifique a été réalisée auprès d'un échantillon représentatif de 804 adultes québécois. L'affiche présente les taux de prévalence des diverses formes de violence vécues en fonction du genre des répondants et ceux de la cooccurrence de ces diverses formes. Enfin, les facteurs associés à la détresse psychologique et aux symptômes de stress post-traumatique à l'âge adultes sont exposés.
