Abstract
Ce mémoire de maîtrise dégage un ordre de principes fondamentaux afin de juger explicitement de l'impact éthique des nouvelles technologies de reproduction humaine. C'est à partir d'un Rapport du comité de travail sur les nouvelles technologies de reproduction humaine produit pour le Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec que s'amorce la réflexion. Après la présentation des positions éthiques de ce rapport, une critique en est faite afin d'évaluer la cohérence et la pertinence des principes éthiques proposés dans le rapport même. En dernière partie, des principes fondamentaux sont présentés et servent à porter un jugement sur le rapport, certes, mais surtout sur l'ensemble des nouvelles technologies procréatiques.
