Abstract
Il capitolo presenta i risultati di una ricerca svolta su Puglia, Calabria e Sicilia, incentrata sulle modalità di formazione degli assistenti sociali sulla misura del Reddito di Cittadinanza. Attraverso interviste e focus group si indaga sulla utilità ed efficacia percepita dagli e dalle assistenti sociali e si evidenziano adattamenti locali, rispetto a a contesti regionali diversi, finalizzati ad ottimizzare la circolazione di informazioni e di buone pratiche
