Abstract
L'objectif de cette thèse consiste à étudier l'impact du profil psychologique des mentors et leurs mentorés sur la principale retombée de la relation de mentorat à savoir l'apprentissage du mentoré en contexte d'entrepreneuriat.Cette thèse devrait retenir l'attention des chercheurs qui s'intéressent aux aspects psychologiques et émotionnels des pratiques d'accompagnement, ainsi que les praticiens de l'accompagnement, particulièrement les gestionnaires des programmes de mentorat qui cherchent des moyens pour rendre plus efficaces les interventions de leurs mentors et maximiser les retombées de la relation de mentorat.Le design de cette recherche déductive, quantitative et post-positiviste comprend une étude en dyade auprès de 188 mentors/mentorés accompagnés par le plus vaste réseau de mentorat au Québec appelé le Réseau Mentorat.Différentes méthodes d'analyses de données ont été adoptées pour comprendre finement les dynamiques des relations de mentorat pour entrepreneur novice.
