Abstract
-- ABSTRACT: The aim of this research is to better understand the procedures required by the Government for the recognition of foreign qualifications, the skills and professional experience acquired by immigrants prior to their arrival on Canadian territory and all the difficulties they have to overcome in order to become part of the labor market. This research aims to allow a better understanding of the context as a whole, thus allowing the comprehensive analysis to determine the possible avenues for reflection that could contribute effectively to the success of integration and inclusion in the working environment. We want to study how immigrants, through their training, skills and previous work experience, can make an important contribution to solving the current labor shortage problem in the health sector and, more specifically, in the countryside regions. In this particular case at Rimouski.Numerous studies have been carried out in this regard and concluded that there is an urgent need for more effective measures to facilitate the integration of foreign labor arriving gradually in Quebec. In the pragmatic epistemological constructivist paradigm (PECP), knowledge can be developed in a process of reflection and reflectivity, allowing the evaluation of the elements of challenge's knowledge, hypotheses, imagination and exploration of situations and alternatives in relation to the lived experiences. Thus, the construction of representations proven by experience is characterized by the non-differentiability between the observer and the observed phenomenon. Autopraxeography, a method written in the first person, has been chosen as a methodological approach. The result of this study shows how through the reflective and reflectivity process of Autopraxeography generic knowledge can be built from the experiences lived. The study and analysis of certain conditions, circumstances and contexts, contribute to identifying possible action mechanisms that could be used to effectively facilitate the development of immigrant human capital in the health sector in a new social, economic and political context. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : immigration, obstacles, foreign student, Autopraxeography, entrepreneur, reflective work, permanent residence.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.

machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
