Abstract
Le projet de loi C-11 – qui fait entrer les plateformes en ligne telles que YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, TikTok, Instagram dans le champ d’application de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion de 1991 – soulève d’importantes questions sur la souveraineté du Canada en matière de politique culturelle. La diffusion de contenus médiatiques par des plateformes en ligne soulève également des questions plus larges sur la gouvernance et le contrôle individuel des données personnelles.
