Abstract
Perkembang teknologi yang semakin cangih dan mudah di akses dimana saja membat media massa lama seperti radio harus eksra mengikuti perkembangan teknologi – teknologi saat ini. Menyebabkan radio dalam mempertahankan eksistensi nya dan membuat program-program yang di senangi masyarakat agar pendengar akan tetap mau mendengarkan radio. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat sejauhmana perkembangan manajemen komunikasi di Radio Kardopa dalam menarik minat pendengar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan ini memfokuskan kepada manajemen komunikasi sebagaimana yang ada pada saat pada penelitiam ini berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan peneletian manajemen komunikasi dalam program multiEtnis tersebut mendapatkan Radio Kardopa menggunakan POAC, Planning (perencanaan), Organizing (produksi), Actuatting (pelaksanaan) dan Controlling(pengawasan dan evaluasi). Dengan cara ini Radio Kardopa bisa mengatur eksitensi dan menarik minat pendengar dari program multietnis.
