Abstract
Le présent texte veut introduire, à partir de l'expérience québécoise et canadienne, trois questions sur le thème des mouvements sociaux, du travail social et de l'économie solidaire face à la crise de l'emploi et de l'État-providence: 1) qu'est-ce qui caractérise aujourd'hui la crise de l'État-providence et qu'est-ce qui la sous-tend? 2) quelles sont les voies de sortie de crise par en bas (notamment les nouvelles réponses communautaires)? 3) par delà l'employabilité, quelles pistes de renouvellement de l'État social pouvons-nous dégager des expériences de développement économique communautaire?
