Abstract
The design objective was to create a unique contemporary women’s wear look that challenged and pushed boundaries of mainstream fashion through innovative integration of various materials and surface techniques. The design aims to communicate a designer-created narrative story about a woman, who since childhood has inhabited a fantasy of forever escaping to her imaginary Neverland. However, upon doing so, becomes lost and imprisoned within her own fantasy.
