Abstract
Insinöörityössä on käsitelty paloilmoitinlaitteistojen erheellisiä hälytyksiä sekä niiden yleisimpiä syitä. Työssä keskityttiin, miten voidaan oikeanlaisella toiminnalla ehkäistä erheellisiä palohälytyksiä. Työssä keskityttiin, miten uusi paloilmoitin laitteisto tulee vastaamaan nykyisiin standardeihin, tuleviin standardeihin sekä erheellisien palohälytyksien välttämiseen. Työssä keskityttiin Schrack-paloilmoitinkeskuksen ominaisuuksiin ja uusiin mullistaviin multimedialaitteistojen liityntäominaisuutta. Lisäksi keskityttiin automaattisen paloilmoittimen Suomen markkinoille saattamiseen. \n \nTyössä keskityttiin Suomen palo- ja pelastustoimen lakeihin, asetuksiin ja ohjeisiin. \nTyön kokeellinen osuus tehtiin Agis Fire & Security Oy:lle kahtena pilottiprojektina: \nkohteet, joissa oli ennestään käytössä olevat paloilmoittimet, jotka työn yhteydessä purettiin ja korvattiin uusilla moderneilla paloilmoittimilla.
