Abstract
Les études sur le fédéralisme sâintéressent, en règle générale, aux institutions des fédérations et aux rapports entre les différents niveaux de pouvoir (fédéral et fédéré). La recherche sur laquelle est basé ce rapport est doublement spécifique. En effet, nous nous intéressons ici à une entité particulière dans les fédérations : la capitale. En outre, parmi lâensemble des capitales fédérales recensées et, par ailleurs, analysées dans une étude préalable1, nous choisissons ici de nous focaliser sur les cas des capitales belge et canadienne.
