Abstract
Associated events included the Artists Forum/Conference at Te Tuhi, Pakuranga; an artists’ seminar at The Lane Gallery and a workshop at Wanganui Polytechnic. There are 23 members of the Women’s International Glass Network. Participants included Professor Helma Sauerbrey, Hochschule der Künste, Berlin and Doreen Balabanoff, Assistant Dean Faculty of Design, Ontario College of Art and Design. Funding was provided by The Goethe-Institute Inter Nations; United States Embassy, Wellington, NZ; Arts Council of Wales; University of Wolverhampton.
