Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The two Canadian pilots who rescued two sick American researchers at the South Pole in June say it was almost cold enough to damage crucial plane parts. The fight was nine hours each way and there was nothing in between. The Canadian pilots who rescued two sick American researchers at the South Pole are speaking out about the ordeal.First officer Sebastien Trudel (troo-DEHL') says he and chief pilot Wallace Dobchuk had to be on top of their game during the mission in June.He says they were just doing their job.Dobchuk says good preparation paid off on the successful rescue flight. The pilots say it was so dark it was like being locked in a closet and it was almost cold enough to damage critical plane parts. The flight to the South Pole was nine hours each way, and there was nothing in between.Still, they say it was really no big deal and there're grateful the two people they rescued are home and on the mend.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
