Abstract
Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee osto- ja myyntikäyttäytymisen muutosta korkojen nousun jälkeen asuntomarkkinoilla. Työ tehtiin pääosin kvantitatiivisena tutkimuksena eli tilastollisesta näkökulmasta, mutta kvalitatiivinen näkökulma on myös saatu, sillä opinnäytetyössä on haastateltu kolmea kiinteistönvälittäjää, jotka kertovat näkemyksiään kentältä. Työn tavoitteena oli selvittää minkälaisia asuntoja ihmiset ostavat tällä hetkellä ja missä kategoriassa on paras mahdollisuus saada asunto myytyä. Tarkoituksena oli vertailla asuntokauppadataa hintaseurantapalvelusta sekä tilastokeskuksesta ja löytää kiistattomia faktoja tutkimuskysymykseen. \n \nTyön merkitys ja tärkeys juontuivat asuntomarkkinoiden vaikeudesta tällä hetkellä. Työllä toivottavasti saadaan lisätietoa siihen mitä asuntomarkkinoille lähdettäessä kannattaa ottaa huomioon. \n \nLopputulokseen on kerätty dataa siitä, minkälaisia asuntoja myydään eniten korkojen nousun jälkeen. Asunnot ovat kategorisoitu huonekoon ja asumistyypin mukaan. Tutkimuksessa ei ole käsitelty asuntojen kuntoa tai paikkakuntaa.
