The Calgary Flames are onto the west semifinals, taking the series 4-2 over the Vancouver Canucks. Saturday night, it was the Flames clinching the series win at home 7-4. Also clinching at home last night was the Chicago Blackhawks, who won 4-3 over the Nashville Predators to win that series in 6 games. Out east, there'll be a game 7 between the Washington Capitals and NY Islanders. The Isles forced game 7 with a 3-1 win... and Detroit heads back home looking to knock out the Tampa Bay Lightning in game 6. The Wings won game 5 in Tampa Saturday, 4-0.
