Desde la confluencia de los Ríos Saloya y Virginia; el Río Virgifha, aguas arriba, hasta la desembocadura del Río Escandaloso; de esta desembocadura la línea imaginaria al Nor-Este hasta la afluencia de la quebrada sin nombre en el Río Cinto; el Río Cinto, aguas arriba, hasta la desembocadura de la Quebrada Nambillo -- Chico; de esta desembocadura, la línea imaginaria hacia el Sur-Este a las cumbres de los Cerros San Vicente, La Esperanza, Victoria Grande y Yanaurco hasta alcanzar la vía a la estación de bombeo “San Juan” del oleoducto transecuatoriano; por esta vía hacia el Sur hasta la altura la I-titudina de la Cordillera de La Tercena; desde este punto de la vía, la línea de cumbre de las al tura situadas paralelamente y al Sur de la referida vía hasta el faldeo Norte de Huashpa Grande; desde este punto de las faldas Norte de la altura Huashpa Grande, la línea imaginaria al Nor-Este a las cumbres de los Cerros Ayaloma, La Libertad, Huayra Pungo, Ungui e Isaloma hasta la desembocadura de la Quebrada San Marcos en el Río Cóndor; el Río Cóndor, aguas arriba, hasta la afluencia de la Quebrada San Ignacio; la Quebrada San Ignacio, aguas.
