Abstract
La empresa Misti Alpaca S.A.C., se dedica a la comercialización y exportación de pashminas o estolas de lana alpaca al mercado de Canadá, ciudad de Winnipeg, debido a la demanda que tiene hacia los productos textiles con calidad y valor agregado. La prenda se destaca por los colores vistosos inspirados en los principales paisajes y costumbres del Perú, a la vez que se muestra la calidad de la fibra de alpaca y la textura. \nSe considera que el sector textil en el Perú, es uno de los motores de desarrollo económico y social que permite un gran crecimiento en nuestro país, aparte es uno de los rubros que más se destaca en el mercado internacional por la belleza en sus textiles y las colecciones de diseño que se presenta en las prendas. \nEl proyecto de exportación de pashminas, atenderá la demanda del mercado canadiense femenino teniendo en cuenta las exigencias y necesidades de los clientes con lo que lograremos posicionarnos en el mercado, mostrando una forma de incursionar en el mundo de la moda. Con esta actividad se pretende que la empresa Misti Alpaca S.A.C. se prepare para capturar nuevos clientes e incursionar a potenciales mercados.
