Abstract
Construit à la suite de nombreuses études de cas sur les innovations en milieu de travail et de l'analyse de près d'une trentaine de questionnaires administrés par des chercheurs au Canada et au Québec, mais aussi aux États-Unis et en Suède, ce questionnaire porte sur le travail des employés de production et d'entretien dans le secteur manufacturier. Cet instrument de recherche se propose de brosser le tableau le plus riche et le plus fidèle possible des innovations à l'organisation et aux relations de travail et à la gestion des ressources humaines ainsi que des acteurs et des stratégies qui sont à leur origine. Il recueille aussi des informations sur l'entreprise, le marché et le syndicat. Il s'adresse aux directions locales d'établissement, syndiqué ou non, ainsi qu'aux représentants syndicaux locaux.
