Abstract
Insinöörityössä tehtiin projektisuunnitelma projektin suunnittelua, ohjausta ja hallintaa varten. Projektisuunnitelmaa pystytään hyödyntämään rakennusurakoinnissa. Osana projektisuunnitelmaa on ohjaussuunnitelma, jota voidaan hyödyntää projektin ohjauksessa ja suunnittelussa. Projektina tässä työssä käsiteltiin LV-tekniikan osuus eräässä rakennusprojektissa. \n \nProjektissa saneerattiin erään toimistorakennuksen ilmanvaihto ja vesikatto. Joka kerrokseen asennettiin kaksi kappaletta (kokonaismäärä kymmenen kappaletta) tuloilmakoneita ja niitä vastaavat poistoilmakoneet konehuoneisiin katolle. Toimistorakennuksessa ei alun perin ollut koneellista tuloilmanvaihtoa. Projektiin kuuluivat osa-alueina rakennuksen ilmanvaihdon ja lämmityksen, viemäröinnin, rakennusautomaation ja sähköistyksen teko. \n \nInsinöörityössä esitellään projektitoiminnan oleellisia asioita kuten resurssien, kustannusten ja aikataulun suunnittelua. Edellä mainittujen asioiden hallintaa ja ohjausta on myös käsitelty. Kirjallisuudesta on etsitty tietoutta ja verrattu sitä käytännön toteutukseen projektitoiminnassa. \n \nTyössä suunniteltiin LV-toimialan projektin ohjaus ja hallinta. Projekti aikataulutettiin urakkasopimuksen mukaiseksi ja resurssit suunniteltiin sellaisiksi, että aikataulu saavutettaisiin. Budjetti ja kustannusohjaus suunniteltiin halutun katetavoitteen saamiseksi. \n \nProjektissa ei saavutettu haluttua katetavoitetta, mutta teknisesti ja aikataulullisesti onnistuttiin. Katetavoite oli haasteellinen, mutta realistinen. Lisäresurssien käyttö ja työmaalta jääneet ylimääräiset asennustarvikkeet olivat syynä siihen, että projektille asetettuja taloudellisia tavoitteita ei saavutettu
