Abstract
Objekt pro malé a střední podnikání se nachází na okraji města Brna v Modřicích. V těsné blízkosti se nachází nákupní centrum Olympie, Giga sport a Skonto nábytek. Objekt je řešen jako kompaktní hmota, která je horizontálně dělena na dvě různá odvětví výrobního průmyslu a administrativních kanceláří. Výrobní hala se vertikálně rozprostírá přes první dvě nadzemní podlaží a část administrativy k ní příslušné má v jižní části objektu. V severní části se nachází prostory skladů a zásobování výroby. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou prostory k samostatným administrativním účelům s vlastním vstupem z východní části. Objekt splňuje standart pro nízkou spotřebu energie a celá plochá střecha může být využita pro uložení solárních kolektorů pro získávání energie a ohřevu teplé vody. Každé místo v objektu je řešeno bezbariérově. Vnější fasáda je dělena horizontálně třemi barvami černé, šedé a bílé. Okenní otvory jsou řešeny jako francouzská vertikální okna kontrastem k barevnosti fasády. Objekt nabízí maximální variabilitu, funkčnost a možnosti pracovních míst.
