Abstract
Cuenado cuestionamos el papel de la escuela en la totalidad social, sin lugar a dudas debemos darle connotación de lugar de encuentro, de negociación de significados, de espacio socializador, espacio vital, mediador de conflictos, rincón de esperanza, patio de recreo y escenario de expresiones artÃsticas, democráticas, polÃticas; donde se consolida y recrea el conocimiento y el valor de la vida ciudadana, donde se construyen herramientas para fundar nuevas formas de convivencia social y la dignificación del desarrollo humano, como un ámbito en el que tiene lugar la vida pública de los hombres.
