Abstract
Diplomová práce „ Srovnání cen rodinného domu v různých částech Českých Budějovic v letech 2015 a 2016” se zabývá oceněním rodinného domu cenou obvyklou a cenou zjištěnou v letech 2015 a 2016. Rodinný dům se nachází v okrajové částí města a následně bude přemístěn do centra města. Cena obvyklá je určena porovnáním, přičemž porovnání je prováděno s obdobnými rodinnými domy nabízenými k prodeji v realitní inzerci. Cena zjištěná bude pro rok 2015 vypočtena pomocí oceňovací vyhlášky č. 441/2013 Sb., ve znění vyhlášky č. 199/2014 Sb., pro rok 2016 pomocí oceňovací vyhlášky č. 441/2013 Sb., ve znění vyhlášky č. 199/2014 Sb., vyhlášky č. 345/2015 Sb., vyhlášky č. 53/2016 Sb. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní důležité pojmy, které souvisejí s diplomovou prací. V části praktické jsou zpracovány jednotlivé metody ocenění pro rok 2015 a 2016 a lokality okraj a centrum Českých Budějovic. Výstup praktické části je porovnání ceny obvyklé a ceny zjištěné. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny faktory, které ovlivňují cenu rodinných domů.
