Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Introduction: The consume of psychoactive substances triggers neuropsychological alterations, witch lead to the neuroadaptation of cognitive functions, behavioural and emotional, influencing the psychosocial functioning of the individual and its life style (Fernández, Rodríguez e Villa, 2011). In this sence, the main objective of this study was describe the sociodemographic characteristics and historical consumption of samples in study; to compare the neuropsychological performance and psychopathological symptoms in function with the consume of psychoactive susbtances and Compare the neuropsychological performance and psychopathological symptoms due to substance use and Relate the age, sex and time of consumption with neuropsychological performance and psychopathological symptoms due to the consumption of psychoactive substances. Methodology: The sample is composed of 75 individuals: 25 consumers of illegal psychoactive substances – exception smart drugs, 25 consumers of smart drugs and 25 non consumers. All participants filled out a protocol composed of a sociodemographic questionnaire, by Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), by Frontal Assessment Battery (FAB) and Brief Symptom inventory (BSI). Results: Male individuals consume more psychoactive substances than female individuals, taking into consideration that smart drugs are consumed by a younger age group. There were worrying percentages of eventual decline of cognitive functions and moderate front prejudice in consumers of psychoactive substances. The consumers of psychoactive substances had higher scores in the index of psychopathology than non consumers, suggesting the existence of psychopathological problems resulting from the use of consuming. Cognitive and executive functions are affected by the use of psychoactive substances. There were no associations between time of consumption and neuropsychological performance. Conclusion / Discussion: Given the negative consequences through the consumption of psychoactive substances caused in neuropsychological terms, including changes in neuropsychological performance, it is extremely important to raise awareness among younger for these consequences.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
