Vertaileva tutkimus elintarvikkeiden kulutuksesta Suomessa, Venäjällä, Kazakhstanissa ja Ukrainassa

Abstract
Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on vertailla elintarvikkeiden kulutusta Suomessa, Venäjällä, Kazakhstanissa ja Ukrainassa. Tutkimuksessani spesifioin entisen Neuvostoliiton maiden keskiluokan käsitettä sekä selvitän, mitkä tekijät vaikuttavat elintarvikkeiden kulutuksiin. Määrittelen maitotuotteiden ja rasvojen kulutuksien mahdollisia kehityssuuntia. Aineistona tutkimuksessa olen käyttänyt sekundääriaineistoa, jonka olen kerännyt maiden tilastosivuilta. Luonteeltaan tämä tutkimus on vertaileva tutkimus. Vertailen Kazakhstanin ja Ukrainan kulutuksia ja kuluttajakulttuureja Suomen ja Venäjän kulutuksiin ja kulttuureihin. Tutkimuksessa hyödynnän tilastollisia aineistoja, jotka perustuvat Survey -tutkimuksiin. Tutkimuksen mukaan juustonkulutus tulee kasvamaan ja rasvojen kulutus tulee pienen noususuhdanteen jälkeen tasoittumaan lähitulevaisuudessa Kazakhstanin ja Ukrainan kehittyvillä markkinoilla.
