Abstract
This research investigated how cultural, academic, and socio-economic stressors intersect to impact international students' mental health in Canadian post-secondary institutions. It assessed the efficacy of current support systems and policies, identifying gaps and proposing evidence-based improvements. By integrating quantitative surveys, the study provided a detailed examination of how various stressors affect the well-being of these students. Recommendations included the enhancement of student services, and facilitating more effective support for international students, which is crucial for their academic achievement and overall health in Canada.
