Abstract
Nuestra empresa busca hacer negocios en el mercado de venta de suministros de cómputo, computadoras, servicio técnico y asesoría sobre compras de suministros de cómputo, a hogares y pequeñas empresas. Alcanzando una penetración de mercado, en venta de suministros y equipos de cómputo, del orden del 35.55% en los segmentos socio-económicos de hogares A y B y en pequeñas empresas de Lima metropolitana en 67.45%, en el primer año de lanzamiento. Dentro del mercado de suministros de cómputo hemos investigado que existen grandes distribuidores, cuyo mercado meta lo constituye principalmente el mercado corporativo o mercado empresarial, desatendiendo al otro componente del mercado compuesto por hogares y pequeños negocios, el cual será nuestro foco de atención.
