Este trabalho foi realizado no Parque Estadual da Serra dos Pireneus, Goiás, com o objetivo de listar as espécies de briófitas ali encontradas, bem como atualizar a listagem já existente. Nesta região, foram registradas 68 espécies de musgos (Bryophyta), distribuídas em 27 famílias e 44 gêneros, entre as quais, 21 espécies são de ocorrência nova para o estado de Goiás.
