Abstract
Se trata de una tesina de producción: un sitio web dinámico con material multimedia, basado en el Relevamiento de los servicios de comunicación audiovisual comunitarios, populares, alternativos, cooperativos y de pueblos originarios en Argentina, elaborado por la Red Interuniversitaria de Comunicación Comunitaria, Alternativa y Popular (RICCAP), realizado durante los años 2018 y 2019. El objetivo del trabajo se encauza con el de dicho relevamiento, que propone "dar cuenta de la existencia y de las principales características -organizacionales, legales, tecnológicas y de producción local- de esas radios y televisoras, buscando construir una base empírica que sirva para el diseño de políticas que permitan fortalecer y visibilizar al sector."
