Abstract
Como hemos mostrado en los capítulos precedentes, muchas de las dificultades que las trabajadoras encontraron para hacer cumplir sus exiguos derechos laborales, así como la propia limitación de esos derechos, dependieron de la cercanía de su labor con el mundo familiar y, en particular, con el trabajo doméstico no remunerado. Desde la mirada androcéntrica que primó en el campo del derecho, esa asociación impidió que se lo considerara un trabajo como cualquier otro. Sin embargo, dicha cercanía también fue utilizada por las trabajadoras en demandas de reconocimiento del valor (no solo monetario) de las tareas realizadas para sus empleadores.
