Abstract
Este trabajo busca conceptualizar el proceso de radicalización de las políticas neoliberales y su relación con el auge de movimientos y partidos políticos de ultraderecha. El trabajo comienza relevando distintos diagnósticos acerca de la crisis y el posible fin del neoliberalismo, para señalar que, lejos de poner en tela de juicio dicha racionalidad de gobierno, la crisis deviene un dispositivo de gobierno de las poblaciones que ha habilitado tanto el auge de las nuevas derechas como la puesta en cuestión de la democracia liberal en Occidente. Luego se abordan las lecturas realizadas por Lazzarato y Dardot, Laval, Guéguen y Sauvêtre respecto del carácter estratégico del neoliberalismo. En ese marco, mientras Lazzarato propone reconocer la existencia de un nuevo fascismo neoliberal, Dardot et al. refieren a una radicalización del propio neoliberalismo y de su autoritarismo intrínseco. Teniendo en cuenta estos aportes, se propone la noción de neoliberalismo recargado como un modo de caracterizar este nuevo neoliberalismo cuyas condiciones de posibilidad están dadas tanto por sus aspectos doctrinarios como por las mutaciones económicas, políticas y culturales en curso.
