Abstract
Alors que le Canada et d’autres pays de l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) passent à une économie à zéro émission nette de gaz à effet de serre (GES), des préoccupations pourraient surgir quant aux répercussions sur les emplois et, par conséquent, sur la rémunération des travailleurs en emploi dans les industries à forte intensité de GES. L’article fait le résumé d’une étude plus vaste menée par l’OCDE et quelques partenaires internationaux, dont Statistique Canada, qui examinait les répercussions de la suppression d’emploi sur les trajectoires de rémunération des travailleurs en utilisant des données couplées sur les employeurs et les employés dans 14 pays de l’OCDE : le Canada, l’Australie, l’Autriche, le Danemark, l’Estonie, la Finlande, l’Allemagne, la Hongrie, les Pays-Bas, la Norvège, le Portugal, l’Espagne, la France et la Suède.
