Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In November 2004 ARCUS were commissioned by WPB and Huggett Electrical to undertake a historic buildings appraisal of surviving remnants of the former Upper Twerton Woollen Mill, Lower Bristol Road, Bath (NGR ST 7275 6472). The survey was carried out to assess the historic potential and significance of the standing buildings, to act as supporting information as part of a planning application to develop the site. This appraisal has concentrated upon producing a photographic record of the buildings and structures that comprised the site at the time of survey. This was accompanied by a series of sketch floor plans with information relating to the phased development of the regression analysis. Assessment of the site suggests that the surviving buildings occupy the footprint of the south east quarter of the former Upper Twerton Woollen Mills, which were largely demolished in the 1950s and 1960s. The report summarises the basic historic elements of the buildings and makes recommendations for additional survey and archive research only if extensive alteration of historic elements is proposed in any future development or demolition. The buildings contain parts of the former Twerton Mill complex and as such should be considered to have historic value and therefore preservation by record would be a suitable mitigation strategy.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
