Abstract
Par suite de l’adoption généralisée du télétravail et des régimes de travail hybrides, le taux d’inoccupation des bureaux dans les villes canadiennes est plus élevé qu’avant le début de la pandémie de COVID-19. Grâce à une meilleure compréhension des endroits où se trouvent les emplois qui peuvent être exercés à domicile, il serait possible d’établir si le télétravail est un mécanisme viable potentiel pour l’accroissement de l’offre de bâtiments convertibles dans les régions où la pénurie de logements est la plus sévère. Cet article présente la répartition des emplois pouvant être exercés à distance à Toronto et dans la région du Grand Toronto.
