Abstract
Cet article se propose de comparer la représentation des peuples autochtones, à savoir des Amérindiens et des Innus, dans les ouvrages littéraires composés par les auteurs issus de l'Europe de l'Est : dans Drugi jezik (La Deuxième langue, 2003), recueil de nouvelles de David Albahari, auteur réputé serbe qui vivait au Canada à l'époque de la rédaction de cet ouvrage, et dans le roman intitulé Le Tarot de Cheffersville (2019) rédigé par Felicia Mihali, auteure roumaine et québécoise.L'objectif de cet article est de montrer, à partir des positions de l'imagologie, comment ces auteurs voient et représentent les autochtones qu'ils rencontrent au Canada moderne, en se trouvant dans la position de migrant.
