Abstract
The uploaded dataset contains quantitative measurements of endometrial stromal immune cell populations before and after intrauterine administration of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The data include absolute counts and relative ratios of immune cell subsets, enabling assessment of changes in endometrial immune composition following PBMC treatment.
