Breaking change Restore proxy support (#487) @itisFarzin Multiple proxies can be set by passing a dict, for example: {"http://": my_http_proxy, "https://": my_https_proxy}. A single proxy can be set by passing a str. This is now always saved as a dict in network.proxy for both cases, whereas before it could be either str or dict.
