Matériel pour une conférence donnée à l'UQAM en 2024 portant sur certains projets propagandistes de la Chine actuelle auprès des Chinois et à l'étranger, dont la surveillance numérique, l'ambition expansionniste liée à l'Asie centrale et Taïwan ainsi que l'Institut Confucius, initiative chinoise du recrutement et de l'éventuelle assimilation de jeunes talents étrangers sous le camouflage de la diplomatie scientifique.
