Added Support for switching languages from the extension setup page. Support for choosing the default extension tab. Support for multisize ICO icons on Windows and PortableApps.com (#705). Changed Improved documentation for alternative runtime. Improved documentation for Linux security warning. Disabled Firefox welcome popup in web apps (#725). Updated translations. Fixed Publishing to Gentoo GURU should now work again. Hidden icon bar should now be persistent again (#742). Web apps on the grid tab should no longer overflow. Icon sizes for sites without manifest should now be determined properly.
