Abstract
Additional file 10 Antiviral responses in Atlantis salmon red blood cells (RBCs) treated with 50 μg/mL poly (I:C). The expression levels of mx1 and isg15 were measured by RT-qPCR at three samplings points, one-, three- and seven- days post exposure to poly(I:C). The expression levels in stimulated RBCs relative to the unstimulated controls were calculated for each sample (n = 3). Error bars represent standard deviation in each plot. *: p < 0.05; **: p < 0.01.
