Abstract
Abstrak Fear of missing out (FOMO) menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami oleh remaja di era digital. FOMO merupakan bentuk kecemasan sosial yang muncul saat seseorang merasa tertinggal atau tidak ikut dalam pengalaman yang dijalani orang lain, khususnya melalui media sosial. Bagi para remaja yang membutuhkan eksistensi sosial, fomo berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan mental. Artikel ini menyajikan telaah literatur untuk memahami bagaimana fomo memengaruhi kondisi psikologis remaja dan bagaimana peran dari remaja, orangtua, guru dalam mencegah isu ini. Kajian ini berbasis studi kepustakaan pada jurnal nasional dan internasional yang peneliti akses mulai tahun 2020- 2025 untuk mendapatkan kebaruan data. Hasil temuan menunjukkan fomo berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental remaja dan diperburuk oleh penggunaan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol. Perlunya peran remaja, orang tua dan guru untuk mencegah agar remaja tidak terjebak dalam fomo. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
