Abstract
En la celebración del segundo centenario de la restauración de la Compañía de Jesús presentamos la historia de una de las provincias jesuitas de la antigua y la nueva Compañía: La provincia Bética o Andalucía que fue fundada por el mismo San Ignacio en 1554. En 2014 esta provincia Bética se integra en la naciente nueva provincia de España que se nutre de la vida de las anteriores provincias españolas. En estas páginas se presenta y nacimiento desarrollo y devenir histórico con las innumerables referencias a jesuitas concretos y las actividades que han llevado a cabo.
