Le système de santé québécois fait face à de nombreux défis, notamment en ce qui concerne les ressources humaines, financières et matérielles ainsi que les technologies et les processus 1 .Tous les jours, les grands médias relaient des manchettes relatives à des changements juridiques, à de nouvelles politiques de santé, à des pénuries de ressources et à des cas individuels mettant en évidence les difficultés d'accès aux soins et de trajectoires de soins 2 .Le domaine de la pharmacie n'y échappe pas 3 .
