Abstract
Canada stands at the brink of a transformation of historic proportions. After some four centuries of European resettlement of the land, the political and social institutions of Canada are now aligned to seriously consider the broad effects of this history on Indigenous peoples and to redress some of its more egregious effects. This movement is at once political, legal, economic, social, and environmental in scope.
