Abstract
research interests include the economics of sport and heterodox economics. He has published Foundations of Post-Keynesian Economic Analysis (1992) and was an asso-ciate editor of the Encyclopedia of Political Economy (1999). A very different version of this paper was presented at the 1998 annual meeting of the Canadian Economics Association.
