Abstract
In the reference Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) the NRC has requested that, 90 days prior to the expected submission date, applicants declare their expected submission date (month, day, year) to the NRC for each early site permit (ESP), limited work authorization (LWA), standard design certification (DC), and partial or complete combined operating license (COL) application. This letter provides the voluntary response to the request. Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) expects to submit a complete (COL) application for the Turkey Point Units 6 & 7 project on June 30, 2009. The application will include a request for an LWA with a requested LWA approval by the third quarter of 2011. A summary of the scope of the requested LWA is provided in the Attachment.
