2Paul McGill has worked in both Irish jurisdictions and in England and is now a self-employed consultant and journalist specialising in education and social affairs. In recent years he has written reports on Targeting Social Need, long-term unemployment, community development, community education, racism and the social economy, and edited the Employment Equality Review for the former Northern Ireland Standing Advisory Commission on Human Rights.
