This sub-national report has been produced by the Country Indicators for Foreign Policy (CIFP) for use by nongovernmental organizations, businesses, academics, Canadian policy-makers, and other parties concerned with the current and future state of sub-national regions. This Events Monitoring Profile is based on a fusion of CIFP Risk Assessment and Events Monitoring methodologies. 1 About the Author Liz St. Jean is a research analyst for CIFP.
