Abstract
The Toronto Zoo is seeking a highly qualified and experienced advertising agency partner to provide strategic and creative services, preferably on a pro-bono basis, for the Zoo’s 2015 summer campaign, excluding hard production costs to produce materials, for a period of seven (7) months ending December 31, 2015. We will review all submitted packages, however our evaluation matrix will award additional points to those who submit on a pro-bono basis. The Proposal package, includes Instructions, Contract Requirements, General Requirements, and Forms. Proposals submitted shall remain in effect for a period of ninety (90) days from the Proposal due date. Due Date: Provide four (4) copies of your proposal, one (1) unbound signed and clearly marked as ORIGINAL and three (3) copies of the original proposal clearly marked as COPY and one (1) electronic copy (Microsoft Word or PDF) on a CD or flash drive in a sealed package or envelope.
