Abstract
We are an advisory body to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care that is dedicated to improving quality, efficiency, access and equity in the delivery of the continuum of adult cardiac services in Ontario. Using data- and consensus-driven methods, we offer planning advice for the future of cardiac services and the provision of exemplary care, in collaboration with the Ministry and others. Vision As a dynamic partnership between professional providers, institutions, community members, and government, providing advice based on data analysis and scientifically valid information, we will become an essential resource in improving the delivery of adult cardiac care in Ontario.
