Abstract
The following report addresses the findings of an external evaluation of CORD activities in Eastern Chad amongst the Refugee camps and surrounding host communities along the Abeche- Adre axis, Adre being situated on the border with Sudan, approximately 40 kilometres from Geneina, in western Darfur. The evaluation was conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of three independent consultants. The evaluation was carried out in April 2007 and basically covers the period up to the end of 2006. However, it is also influenced by the current situation, particularly with regard to changes within CORD in the first quarter of 2007. The evaluation was organised by Tearfund UK with the full collaboration of CORD, as a joint initiative. Although the UNHCR is the principal donor supporting CORD’s programme in Eastern Chad, Tearfund has also provided a significant proportion of the funding from their Darfur Appeal funds. The specific camps visited during the evaluation were Gaga, Farchana, Bredjing and Treguine. Time was also spent at CORD’s country headquarters in Abeche. Therefore the team was able to visit the major sites of CORD’s work, although only a couple of the host communities between Bredjing and Treguine. Abeche is the centre of operations for the aid

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
